- Which device you use (for example “Android, Xiaomi” or “iPhone 14”).
- What happened and on which level or screen.
- If possible, a screenshot.
Frequently asked questions
- I do not get life notifications: check that GridBlind notifications are allowed in your phone settings and that battery saving does not restrict the app.
- I bought something and cannot see it: close and reopen the game. If it still does not appear, write to us with the date and amount.
- I want to change my name on the leaderboard: tap your profile (top left) and change it.
- I want to start over: clear the app data from your phone settings or uninstall it. To leave the leaderboard, use Settings → “Delete my leaderboard data”.
